1. What material are your signs made of?
All our signs are laser-cut from high-quality, heavy-duty steel and finished with a premium powder coating for maximum durability.

2. Can I hang my sign outside? Will it rust?
Yes! Our signs are powder-coated to be weather-resistant. They are designed to withstand the elements and remain rust-free for years, whether placed indoors or outdoors.

3. Can I personalize the text on the designs?
Absolutely. Most of our products are customizable. Simply enter the name or text you want in the "Personalization" box on the product page.

4. What sizes do you offer?
You can choose your preferred size from the dropdown menu on the product page.

5. Do the signs come with mounting hardware?
We do not include screws or nails to give you the flexibility to choose your own mounting style. However, most designs come with pre-drilled holes for easy installation.

6. Can I see a preview (mockup) of my custom sign before it is cut?
To keep our production fast, we donโ€™t send proofs automatically. However, we are happy to send a digital preview if you request it in the "Order Note" or via email immediately after purchase.

7. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Processing takes 1-3 business days, and shipping takes 3-5 business days. You can expect your order to arrive within 4-8 business days.

8. Is shipping really free?
Yes! We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States, no matter the size or weight.

9. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your sign enters the laser-cutting process and cannot be canceled.

10. How do I clean and maintain my metal art?
Simply wipe it with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. No harsh chemicals are needed. For outdoor signs, an occasional rinse with water and drying it off will keep it looking brand new.

11. What should I do if my sign arrives damaged?
If your item is bent or damaged during shipping, please email us at Support@stitchmystyleCo.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

12. Can I return a personalized item?
Because personalized items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned unless they are defective or there was an error on our part. Standard (non-custom) items can be returned within 30 days.
