30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window starting from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be in New condition only. This means the products must be returned in their original packaging with no signs of scratches, rust (unless intentional), or mounting damage.
Return Conditions
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items under the following conditions:
1. Defective or Incorrect Products If your item arrives damaged during transit, features a craftsmanship error (such as incorrect spelling or rough edges), or if you received the wrong design, we will rectify the situation immediately.
- We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- You may choose a full refund or a free replacement.
2. Non-Defective Products (Change of Mind) If you decide a different size or design would better fit your space, you are welcome to return the item in its original, unused condition.
- Please Note: Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom-named signs cannot be returned for "change of mind" unless there is a quality defect.
- For standard:(non-custom) items, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
We are happy to assist you in exchanging your metal art for a different design or size of equal value.
- How to Initiate: Please email us at Support@stitchmystyleCo.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Shipping for Exchanges: * For defective items, exchange shipping is entirely free. For non-defective exchanges, the customer covers the return shipping, and Stitch My Style Co will ship the replacement to you for free.
- Processing Time: Exchanges are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of us receiving your original item, as each piece undergoes a quality inspection.
Refunds and Fees
- No Restocking Fees: We believe in transparent service. We charge $0.00 in restocking fees for any returned or exchanged items.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
